‘A lifetime opportunity’ - Beachfront plots for sale in popular Waterford seaside town

A number of beachfront plots have gone up for sale in a popular seaside town in County Waterford.

A mobile billboard is currently on display in Tramore advertising the local plots.

The plots are located to the north of the pay and display car park and to the south of the Tramore Eco Park.

They are advertised as being approximately 96 square metres in size.

The advertisement states: “Beachfront properties are the most sought after property investments.”

It goes on to list a number of benefits to owning a seaside plot, which it describes as follows:
