With less than three days to go, Big Top Live incredible line-up, as part of Waterford's Winterval Festival is something that cannot be missed.

Enjoy the very best of national talent at Winterval, in the newly heated and beautiful circus tent which is perfect for the Christmas season, located right in the heart of Waterford City Centre and its nightlife district.

Starting this Thursday, December 12, the well known and loved Irish trad-pop band, The Tumbling Paddies are set to take to the stage at 8pm.

From humble beginnings, The Tumbling Paddies have steadily grown to become one of Ireland's most sought after entertainers.

Music has been a lifelong passion for the members, with each having won a medal for being All-Ireland Fleadh Champions in their own right, proving their distinct passion to the genre.

On Friday, December 13, Irish folk singer and songwriter Mick Flannery is set to perform as part of the Winterval Big Top Live event at 8pm.

The artist, who hails from Blarney in Co Cork, writes songs with fluency, expressing layered aspects of the human condition, including its flaws, triumphs, and uncertainty.

The last few years saw the release of an album inspired by the world’s most famous chess matches, and a duet album with Susan O’Neill that blossomed into 'In The Game'- the biggest selling Irish independent album of 2021.

Now, a new collection of songs that summon up characters, scenes and give voice to emotions, have transformed into his eighth studio album 'Goodtime Charlie'.
