A driver will face a charge of dangerous driving after he was found to be driving 75 kilometres over the speed limit on the N25 road near Waterford.
Gardaí from the Waterford Roads Policing Unit detected the motorist exceeding the posted speed limit by 75kph.
The driver was arrested for dangerous driving and will be brought before the courts.
