Gardaí policing Cahir roads in County Tipperary observed a car driving erratically last week.
The driver collided with a parked car and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving. He was in possession of a false driver’s licence and cannabis, along with having no insurance and four bald tyres.
The car was seized and the driver is facing a day in court.
