Waterford Weather: Met Eireann forecasts mix of cloudy and sunny spells with scattered showers

Today will be mostly cloudy with occasional outbreaks of rain, turning heavy or possibly thundery in some spots later, according to Met Eireann.

There will be some limited sunny spells too. It will be breezy, in moderate to fresh westerly winds, with stronger winds in the northwest for a time this morning. Today will see highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees.

Tonight

Lingering rain will mainly affect northern and southern counties for a time overnight, with clear spells and scattered showers elsewhere. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in mostly moderate westerly winds.

Tomorrow

A mostly dry day tomorrow with sunny spells and scattered passing showers, with rain developing in southwestern parts by evening and extending northeastwards.

Light to moderate west to northwest winds, becoming southerly with the rain. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees.
