13-year-old boy missing from Waterford for over a month as gardaí renew appeal

Gardaí have renewed their appeal to the public for a boy missing from Waterford since mid-September.

They are seeking public assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 13-year-old Stefan Pulhos who was last seen at approximately 10pm on the night of Friday, September 12, 2025, in Kilmeaden, Co Waterford.

Stefan is described as being approximately 5 foot in height with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with any information on Stefan’s whereabouts is asked to contact Tramore Garda Station on 051 391 620, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
