Waterford City and County Council has confirmed that the access road to a popular beach will be closed for three weeks this month.
The L96753 Benvoy Beach Access Road will be shut from Tuesday, May 6, until Thursday, May 30, to allow for refurbishment works on the beach access steps.
The council has apologised for any inconvenience caused and is advising beachgoers to plan ahead if visiting the area during the works.
