Motorists and land owners in West Waterford are being advised that the local authority has begun carrying out a Topographical Survey.
A drone is being used to carry out the survey which, the council says, is focussing on an area located between the town of Dungarvan and Youghal in East Cork.
The local authority says the survey began on Friday and that the drone will be deployed over or close to various public roads within the survey area at various times over the next two weeks.
