The Courtyard, Ballycarnane, Tramore Waterford
Applications are open for 25 new homes located at The Courtyard, Ballycarnane, Tramore, Co. Waterford.
The deadline to apply is Tuesday, February 4th, 2025.
Waterford City and County Council said that it is "committed to meeting the need for affordable homes for purchase and rent across Waterford City and County" and are "currently meeting this need with affordable homes being made available for purchase under the Affordable Purchase Scheme at Ballycarnane, Tramore, Co. Waterford."
"We have successfully completed a Cost Rental Scheme of 22 homes at Gort na hInse, Ballineanashagh, Waterford. We will continue to assess the viability of and the need for future Affordable Purchase and Cost Rental schemes across the City and County," the Council added.

The properties are situated in one of the most sought after areas in the South-East, The Courtyard and offers an excellent choice of primary and secondary schools with the South East Technological University just 14km away in Waterford City.
