Permission granted for changes to Ulster Bank branch in Waterford

Planning permission has been granted for changes to the Ulster Bank Branch in Waterford. 

Ulster Bank Ireland DAC had sought planning permission for changes to the premises 37 Grattan Square, Dungarvan Co. Waterford, for which planning permission has now been approved.  

On Main Street elevation, permission was granted to carry out works - the removal of the Ulster Bank shopfront sign with temporary cover.

Permission was also granted to remove the ATM with temporary cover to be infilled with stonework to match the existing. 

On Mary Street elevation, the removal of the ulster bank shop front sign with temporary cover and the removal of the night safe, to be infilled with stonework and brick to match the existing was also approved. 

Internal works for the removal of the ATM, as well as the removal of loose furniture and the removal of Ulster Bank signage and merchandise on all floors was also given the go-ahead.

Two conditions were applied to the grant of planning permission: the works are to pertain to the plans and particulars lodged; external finishes shall be in accordance with the details submitted.
