The asking price for a stunning Waterford mansion has seen a drop of almost half a million euro.
The 7-bed 235 m² property at The Cove in Tramore, Waterford was formerly listed for €1.3million in March 2023 and now has an asking price of €785,000.
Set on a 0.5 acre site, the mansion was constructed in the early 1900s and retains a host of original features including original mosaic floor tiling, marble fireplaces, decorative covings and centre ceiling roses.
