Planning permission is being sought for a number of changes at the former Ulster Bank premises in Dungarvan.
An application has been submitted to Waterford City & County Council in relation to 37 Grattan Square, Dungarvan Co. Waterford to allow the indefinite retention regarding the removal of the Ulster Bank bus stop signs and general Ulster Bank nameplate signage.
Planning permission is being sought to allow a number of works at the building.
On Main Street elevation, permission is being sought to carry out works - the removal of the Ulster Bank shopfront sign with temporary cover.
Permission is also being sought to remove the ATM with temporary cover to be infilled with stonework to match the existing.
On Mary Street elevation, permission is sought to carry out the removal of the ulster bank shop front sign with temporary cover and the removal of the night safe, to be infilled with stonework and brick to match the existing.
Permission is also sought to carry out of internal works for the removal of the ATM, as well as the removal of loose furniture and the removal of Ulster Bank signage and merchandise on all floors.
