The South East Technological University (SETU) in Waterford has announced details of two Springboard courses for the September 2023 - May 2024 period.
According to the Department of Humanities at SETU, the hospitality courses include Certificate in Culinary Skills and Diploma in Restaurant Management and are now open to applications.
Applications are also being sought for the Certificate in Plant-based Cooking and Sustainable Practices, however, the course will not start until January 2024.
Springboard+ offers free / 90% funded courses in areas of high skills need, with courses open to employed, unemployed and returners.
