Waterford's 2025 camogie season has been capped off in style, with six players nominated for this year's prestigious PwC Camogie All-Star Awards.
The Déise side reached the All-Ireland semi-finals and their performances have now been recognised on the national stage, as part of the 36-player shortlist announced today.
O'Duffy Cup winners Galway lead the way with 10 nominees, while Cork have 11 and fellow semi-finalists Tipperary secured five. Kilkenny has three players shortlisted, with Clare receiving one.
Among the Waterford contingent are goalkeeper Brianna O'Regan, defenders Vikki Falconer, Lorraine Bray, and forwards Beth Carton, Abby Flynn, and Niamh Rockett — all rewarded for their stellar contributions throughout the championship.
Speaking at the announcement of the nominations, Brian Molloy, Uachtarán an Chumainn Camógaíochta, said: "I want to congratulate all the players who have been nominated for the 2025 PwC Camogie All-Stars Awards. Comhghairdeas libh go léir.
"This shortlist reflects the exceptional skill, commitment and passion we witnessed throughout what was a thrilling season," he added.
The winners will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony in Croke Park on Saturday, November 15, alongside the PwC GPA Players' Player of the Year awards.
