Waterford City and County Council is appealing to the members of the public to have their say on the proposed Pocket Park and Community Art House project at Thomas Street, close to the city centre.
Launching a public consultation, the local authority says the project presents a number of key opportunities for Waterford.
The proposed development is centred around the introduction of 'biodiversity rich' green spaces within the urban fabric of the city, providing space for artists to work, collaborate and engage with the wider community and space for community and residents to engage with art practice and each other.
The site is located on Thomas Street beside Henry Downes pub
