ALERT: Irish pharmacies recall popular party product amid fears of electric shock

BOOTS IRELAND have urgently recalled the Satzuma Disco Bulb and Adapter. 

The risk reported to the competition and consumer protection commission (CCPC) is electric shock, as the construction of the bulb and adapter elbow allows the user access to live parts which may cause electrocution.

The brand is Satzuma. The Satzuma product code 7950667. The batch number and barcode are unknown.

There are approximately 1187 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products have been sold in the Republic of Ireland since September 2017.
