Have you seen Derby? Waterford family issue appeal in search for much-loved parrot

A family from County Waterford have issued an appeal in their search for their much-loved pet parrot.

Derby is an African grey parrot who has been missing from the Touraneena area since Friday.

Catherine, from Beary's Cross, issued the appeal in an interview on WLRFM’s Déise Today.

She told host Damien Tiernan that the parrot escaped out her front door on Friday night after getting a fright from a dog barking.
