LISTEN: John Mullane loses it on RTE radio commentary duty for Limerick vs Cork

John Mullane continues to win plaudits for his passionate commentary contributions on RTE Radio One, and never moreso than the vintage weekend the world of hurling has just enjoyed.

Both All-Ireland semi-finals went to extra-time; first Galway were clawed back by Clare on Saturday, then Limerick pulled off and incredible comeback against Cork on Sunday, and our very own John Mullane absolutely loved it.

As Limerick came back at Cork late in the game on Sunday, the De La Salle legend got more and more excited, until he literally exploded with excitement as Limerick, and then Cork, hit late equalisers.

The resultant commentary is absolute gold and you can listen to it at the top of this article. This is why we all love John Mullane!
