Waterford City and County Council seeks to purchase properties for social housing
The housing can be new developments or properties with potential for renewal
Waterford City and County Council are looking to purchase one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments and houses to be used as social housing, through turnkey developments.
The Council are therefore seeking expressions of interest from private developers and building contractors for housing proposals with permissions for the one, two, three, and four bedroom properties in towns, villages, and the city in Waterford. The housing can be new developments or properties with potential for renewal.
All purchases of social housing must be approved by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
