'All Together Now' for Waterford's newest festival this weekend

This August Bank Holiday Weekend, Waterford's newest festival experience comes to the grounds of the Curraghmore Estate, bringing colour, art, music and craic to the Déise.

All Together Now boasts a packed bill of artists, musicians and creators as it makes its debut on the changing festival landscape on August 3-5.

Inspired by another city festival, Spraoi, as well as Glastonbury, Lighting In The Bottle in California and Rainbow Serpent in Australia, All Together Now harmonises all that is addictive about that festival vibe. From the grass underfoot, the humming atmosphere and the chilled out camaraderie, this festival is certain to cement its place on the country's social calendar.

"We will bring you a weekend of freedom and escapism through music, spoken word, comedy, theatre, debate, art and workshops. Beautiful feasts of food, bespoke cocktails, can be enjoyed within this dramatic and scenic landscape. There will be fun across 10 stages including Arcadia Spectacular, a Spiegel tent and various different hidden quirky gems," organisers have said.

On the music front, Fleet Foxes, Villagers and First Aid Kit are among the headliners, and while the adult festival vibe is there, organisers were keen to emulate the likes of Electric Picnic to "create a festival for families and kids, to enjoy, be inspired by, to be safe at, and to feel cared for."

To deliver on this ethos, All Together Now boasts the 'Kids Together' area, dedicated to the mini festival revellers in your life where they can enjoy a host of child-friendly activities.

All Together Now is Strictly Over 21s, although as mentioned above, children between the ages of 12 and under can attend free of charge, accompanied by a parent with a family ticket.
