Met Éireann has issued several wind and rain warnings as second storm hits Ireland following Storm Éowyn
Met Éireann has issued three separate weather warnings for Waterford as Storm Herminia arrives hot on the heels of Storm Éowyn which wreaked havoc across the country on Thursday night and Friday.
The warnings, issued this Saturday morning, will all come into effect on Sunday.
The first, a status yellow rain warning, will come into effect at 5am and remain in place until 5pm. It also applies to Carlow, Kilkenny, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry and Tipperary.
A separate status yellow wind warning, which has been issued for Waterford, Cork, Tipperary, Limerick, Clare, Kerry, Carlow, Dublin, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway, Mayo and Sligo, comes into effect an hour later, at 6am on Sunday, and remains valid until 6pm.
The third weather warning - a status yellow weather wind warning for Waterford, Cork and Kerry - will be valid from 11pm on Sunday until 6am on Monday.

In its latest update, Met Éireann says "heavy downpours of rain may lead to spot flooding" in counties which are impacted by the rain warnings while the wind warnings pose a risk of further damage being caused to already weakened structures and trees.
Travelling conditions are also likely to be dangerous at times.
