The Waterford senior hurlers will host Dublin at Walsh Park in their opening game of Division 1 Group B on Sunday 5 February.
Davy Fitzgerald's side will also come up against Antrim, Kilkenny, Tipperary and Laois in the Allianz Hurling League campaign before the semi-finals are decided.
The Déise go into this season as reigning league champions after defeating Cork in the 2022 final.
Opening weekend fixtures - February 4/5 (Division 1 Group B):
Waterford v Dublin, Walsh Park, 2pm
Antrim v Kilkenny, Belfast, 2pm
Tipperary v Laois, FBD Semple Stadium Thurles, 5pm
