A number of Waterford properties are set to go under the virtual hammer of the BidX1 online auction house on October 12.
BidX1 is a pioneering online auction facility that allows people to bid on a host of properties around the country in real-time on their website every month.
Included in their October auction is a semi-detached three-bedroom house at Maplewood, Templars Hall in Waterford City. The house, pictured at the top of this article, comes with a reserve of €80,000.
Also included are two three-bedroom houses at Bellfield in Ferrybank, both with reserve prices of €125,000. Another mid-terrace three-bedroom property at Abbeylands in Ferrybank has a €100,000 reserve.
