Gardaí are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward
A teenager is being treated for life-threatening injuries following a serious collision involving four vehicles in Kerry on Friday evening.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to a report of a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and three other vehicles on the N22 at Lissivigeen at around 4pm.
The motorcyclist, a male in his late teens, was brought by air ambulance to Cork University Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries have been reported by the Gardaí at this time.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward with investigations currently ongoing.
A Garda spokesperson has said that the road on the N22 has been "closed to allow for a technical examination of the scene to be conducted by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators."
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N22 in the Lissivigeen area between 3:45pm and 4:15pm are being asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.
