Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal two-vehicle road traffic collision at Enniskerry, county Wicklow, yesterday, Wednesday 15th October 2025.
Gardaí and emergency services responded following report of the collision, involving a car and a motorcycle, that occurred on the R117 at approximately 7.40am.

The driver of the motorcycle (a man aged in his 30’s) was conveyed to St. Vincent’s University Hospital, for treatment of serious injuries. He was subsequently pronounced deceased. The coroner has been notified.
No other injuries were reported at the time.
The scene was subject to technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators. The road has since reopened.

Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area between 7:00am and 8:00am on Wednesday 15th October 2025, are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
