ALERT: Major Irish supermarket issue recall of dinnertime favourite over possible salmonella

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has issued a warning to consumers after a batch of Dunnes Stores Irish Chicken Sweet & Spicy Wings are being recalled over possible presence of Salmonella.

Customers are advised to check their freezers for the implicated batch with recall notices being displayed at point of sale.

The above photo is the implication batch number, that has a use by date of the 26th of October 2024.

The recall was made on Thursday November 21st 2024.

Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batch.
