TV chef Adrian Martin has shared the news of the birth of a bouncing baby boy for him and his partner Maria.
He gushed about the arrival of their "little fella" who decided to come early, on June 29.
The resident chef on Virgin Media's Six' O Clock Show regularly appears on TV in Ireland and UK.
"Maria Merriman I’m so proud of you for looking after him so well with all your hard work, many pregnancy yoga sessions and endless amounts of broccoli cravings. You deserve the greatest rest now and endless cuddles. I’m so blessed he looks like you and I know you’ll be the best mom ever," he posted
"Thank you to everyone for all the lovely gifts, Kai has more clothes than me. Thank you to all our family and friends and to all the amazing midwives, doctors, staff in the National Maternity Hospital for taking care of Maria and Kai so well," the chef added.
His social media post was flooded with comments of congratulations, with many commenting on how gorgeous their new bundle of joy is.
