The drugs are now subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI).

Gardaí seize €1m worth of vacuum-packed cannabis from warehouse in Meath

Gardaí have seized suspected cannabis worth €1 million from a warehouse in Co Meath. 

According to An Garda Síochána, the drugs were discovered in Ashbourne by Gardaí attached to the Meath South Task Force with assistance from the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) and Revenue Customs Service.

The suspected cannabis (pending analysis) was discovered in vaccuum packed bags.

The drugs are now subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI). 

No arrests have been made in relation to this investigation, at this time.

Investigations are ongoing.
