A young woman has died in a car crash in Co Waterford.
The driver, aged in her 20s, was the sole occupant of the car when it crashed at around 10.15pm on Monday on the R685 at Quillia in Tramore.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her body has been taken to the mortuary at University Hospital Waterford and a post-mortem examination will be arranged.
The R685 at Quillia is closed with local diversions in place while Garda forensic collision investigators carry out an examination of the area.
Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
