A man has been taken to hospital after being shot multiple times in the Delgany area of Co Wicklow.
A man in his mid-40s was injured in Bellevue Hill shortly before 4.30pm on Thursday and has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Another man, in his late teens, was also assaulted and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardai are at the scene which has been preserved for a technical examination.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses, particularly anyone who saw a black saloon car in the area travelling to or from the N11 between 4.15pm and 4.45pm.
