ALERT: Delays expected as roadworks begin on busy road in Waterford city

Roadworks are due to begin on a busy road in Waterford city this afternoon.

Resurfacing works will take place at the junction of Dock Road and Rockshire Road in Ferrybank from 2pm.

Waterford City and County Council has said that a stop-go system will be in operation.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and use alternative routes where possible.
