Motorists who use the car park at Dungarvan Sports Centre are being advised it will be closed to traffic this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
In a public notice, Waterford City and County Council has confirmed resurfacing works are to be carried out over the three days and no vehicles will be able to park there.
It's understood the sports centre and hall, which is located at Cois Trá in the coastal town will remain open as normal.

The multi-purpose facility, which is used by local clubs, organisations and schools, caters for indoor sports such as soccer, badminton, basketball, indoor hurling and hockey.
The local authority, which owns and operates Dungarvan Sports Centre, is apologising to users of the hall and motorists who will be impacted by the closure.
