The Press Photographers Ireland CLG exhibition will make its way to Waterford at the beginning of May for locals to experience the captivating work of Irish press photographers.
The exhibition will be on display at Waterford Central Library from 1 May to 17 May and the official launch will take place on Wednesday, 7 May at 6.30pm with the Mayor of Waterford City and County, Cllr. Jason Murphy.
All are welcome to attend what is sure to be a fantastic event celebrating the best in home grown press photography.
There will be 110 images featured in the exhibition capturing life both at home and abroad during 2024.

One of the star guests at the exhibition's launch will be the world renowned sports photographer and AIB Press Photographer of the Year 2025 James Crombie of Inpho Photography.
The Westmeath photographer was the unanimous choice by the judges and it is his third time winning the prestigious title which is now in its 47th year.
The judges agreed: "We were all extremely impressed with the way the photographer nailed the best possible image from so many different situations inside and outside the field of play. This photographer is our unanimous choice as photographer of the year."
Commenting on the exhibition coming to Waterford in the coming days, President of Press Photographers Ireland CLG, David Branigan said: "We are delighted that our exhibition is visiting Waterford next month and we hope that visitors from the local area and beyond will enjoy browsing through the award-winning and highly acclaimed imagery which demonstrates the hard work and commitment of our Irish press photographers."
