Gardai in Tramore are appealing for information following the theft of several gardening tools from a property close to the seaside town.
The incident happened in the Westtown area sometime between 11.30am and 1.15pm on Wednesday, April 9.
A Stihl leaf blower and a Stihl strimmer were stolen from the rear of the property," said crime prevention officer Sergeant Deirdre O'Neill, who is appealing for witnesses to come forward: "If you noted anything suspicious at this time please contact the crime unit at Tramore garda station."
Gardai are also urging anybody who is offered similar items for sale who who sees them advertised online to contact gardai.

Separately, gardai are appealing to homeowners across Waterford to be vigilant following a recent increase in burglaries across the city and county.
A number of incidents are under currently investigation and information is being sought from witnesses or anybody who say any suspicious activity.
