Aldi reveal quietest time to do shopping in Waterford and Christmas opening hours
With just days to go to Christmas Day, ALDI has revealed new information on the best time to shop in Waterford in the lead up to Christmas, as well as their opening hours for the festive season.
ALDI says that between 8am and 9am is typically the quietest time for customers to pick up their festive shopping, though between 7pm and 10pm can also be a good time to shop in the days leading up to Christmas.
Meanwhile, the retailer says last Thursday and Friday were quieter days to visit stores, and they expect Christmas Eve to be quieter than the days before it for those happy to leave it last minute.
Padraig Barry, Communications Director at ALDI Ireland, said: “For many, Christmas is a time for friends and families to gather together, often accompanied by tasty food.
"At ALDI, we’ve got everything shoppers need for a special celebration this Christmas, with a fantastic range of products that are both affordable and of excellent quality.”

"In anticipation of a busy few days before Christmas, ALDI has extended its opening hours until 11pm on Monday 23rd December, giving customers extra time to stock up on festive favourites ahead of the big day.
"ALDI stores will close for just three days over the holidays, with the retailer giving a well-earned break to store colleagues on 25th and 26th December for Christmas Day and St Stephen’s Day, as well as New Year’s Day on 1st January.
"Stores will also open until 7pm on Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, so customers can pick up any last-minute items for festive celebrations. To avoid disappointment, customers should check their local ALDI store details online, as some store opening hours may vary."
