Waterford business seeks retention permission to transform stables into boarding kennels

 

 

A business in Waterford has submitted an application to retain permission to transform horse stables into boarding kennels for dogs. 

Madra Doggy Daycare and Boarding in Dungarvan submitted the application to Waterford City and County Council this week (May 1), with a decision expected at the start of June. 

If granted, the business will retain permission for the change of use of the existing stables and its immediate surroundings to boarding kennels, a feed store, and a dog run area. 

Planning Permission is also sought for formalized customer car parking.
