Waterford librarians seek owner of religious art abandoned outside library

Waterford librarians are seeking information on a piece of religious art which appears to have been abandoned outside the City Library. 

The art piece - which was found on Lady Lane on Friday (January 19) - is reportedly made of "heavy plaster on wood backboard" and possibly came from a church.
