Entrance to Waterford Proteins
Plans have been lodged for the construction of a new stack and biofilter for odour abatement at Waterford Proteins, Christendom, Ferrybank.
The application also seeks permission for the demolition of the existing biofilter for odour abatement and permission for all new associated pipework and ducting.
The application is currently in the pre-validation stage with Kilkenny County Council.
Subject to validation, a decision will be due by January 27, 2024.
