Planning application for 54-house development in Waterford submitted to council

A planning application for the construction of a 54-house development in Waterford has been submitted to Waterford City and County Council. 

Liam Neville Developments Ltd submitted the application yesterday (September 19), with a decision expected by mid-November 2023. 

If granted, the development at Williamstown Road will consist of four two-storey two-bed terraced houses, twelve two-storey three-bed semi-detached houses, twenty two-storey three-bed terraced/end-of-terrace houses, and eighteen two-storey four-bed semi-detached houses.
