South East Technological University is the preferred university of choice in the region
South East Technological University (SETU) is the preferred university of choice in the region as they announce that over 7,000 offers are being made to prospective students.
Places are being offered across 15 different disciplines at SETU’s three campuses in Waterford, Carlow, and Wexford.
Dr Derek O’ Byrne, Vice President for Academic Affairs at SETU said “SETU is thrilled to present over 7,000 offers to students seeking a top-tier education. This accomplishment solidifies SETU as the go-to university for students in the region. As a university for the south east, we are committed to providing new and innovative programs now and in the future, ensuring that our students are equipped with the skills and expertise to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.”
This is a significant milestone as it marks a new chapter for SETU, which officially became a university in 2022 and now serves over 18,000 students and employs over 1,500 staff.
