Willie Mullins will be hoping to pick up his sixth New Year's Day chase win in eight years at Tramore on New Year's Day.
The Carlow trainer will take the spin to Waterford with a number of his stars aimed at the showpiece event set to go to post at 2.15pm.
Mullins famously won the race four years in a row with Cheltenham Gold Cup hero Al Boum Photo from 2019 to 2022 but was defeated in the last two runnings by rival Henry de Bromhead.
De Bromhead ensured the prize stayed in Waterford in 2023 thanks to Minella Indo and last year when Jungle Boogie stormed to victory on route to finishing sixth in the Cheltenham Gold Cup later in the season.
Among the entries this year are a host of Willie Mullins stars, including Embassy Gardens and Capodanno.

Henry De Bromhead will have another great chance if Monty's Star lines up, while Minella Indo may be back to try and regain his 2023 crown. Heart Wood may also line up for the Waterford handler.
