'Please think of others' - Waterford Gardaí fine surfer illegally parked in disabled bay

A surfer parked in a disabled bay has been issued a fine by Waterford Roads Policing Unit.

According to Gardaí, the driver was parked in the bay for half an hour so he could "go for a quick surf".
