Heavy outbreaks of rain will continue to affect Ireland this morning (November 21) with an ongoing chance of flooding.
According to Met Éireann, the rain will gradually become more confined to the northeast through the morning and afternoon. It will be somewhat clearer elsewhere with a mix of bright spells and scattered heavy showers following.
Later in the evening, more persistent outbreaks of rain will return to the southwest. Highest temperatures this afternoon of 7 to 11 degrees.
Fresh southerly or variable winds, becoming strong and gusty westerly in the southwest later this evening.
Tonight, some scattered outbreaks of rain will occur, along with mist and fog patches. Where clear skies persist, frost will develop too.
Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees.
It will stay very blustery in the south and southwest with strong and gusty westerly winds.
