Woman hospitalised following Waterford crash
A woman was brought to hospital on Monday following a serious road crash in Waterford.
Gardai were called to the scene of a two-car road crash on the N25 at Monameean, near Dungarvan, Waterford on Monday, August 27 at approximately 3.30pm.
Traffic was disrupted for a time as emergency services, including an ambulance attended to the scene.
An occupant of one of the cars, a woman in her (50s) was taken to Waterford University Hospital.
It's understood she was treated for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported at the scene and traffic resumed progress shortly afterwards.
