WATCH: Gruelling pre-season for Waterford club

Carrick United players working on their fitness in Seskin Woods.

Pre-season is well and truly underway at Waterford soccer club Carrick United.

The 1A squad have been battling their way up the gruelling hills of Seskin Wood, building fitness and team spirit ahead of the upcoming season.

They play a friendly away to Old Bridge in Clonmel on Thursday (July 26) at 7pm.
