A popular hair salon in Waterford has announced it will close at the end of this month after 13 years in business.
Willow Hair Boutique, at The Glen in Waterford City, will open its doors for the final time on Saturday, February 28th.
In a post on social media, "rising costs across every part of running a business" were mentioned as the reason behind the decision to close.
"This decision was not made lightly. Willow has remained a thriving, busy salon, and we are so proud of what we have built over the years," the post on Facebook says.

The salon thanked its customers for their "loyalty, trust, kindness, and support" over the past 13 years while also expressing gratitude for all of the people who have worked there over the years.
"Willow Hair Boutique would not be what it is without the incredible people who worked within these walls over the years," it said.
Any vouchers for the salon can be used before the date it closes or can be used if people book privately with hairdressers Sarah and Louise.
There were also hints of something new on the horizon for the salon, with "exciting opportunities" mentioned in the post.
