A bathing ban at a popular beach has officially lifted, Waterford City and County Council have confirmed.
Following the return of satisfactory water quality results, the bathing advisory notice at Ladies Cove and Main Strand at Dunmore East is no longer in place.
The bathing prohibition was implemented due to unsatisfactory water quality results.
