Today is the first day of the inaugural Hero Cup - a competition where golfers from Great Britain and Ireland go up against players from Continental Europe.
This competition, which is being held in Abu Dhabi, is a three-day event to give golfers match play experience ahead of this year's Ryder Cup in Rome.
Power was playing alongside Scotland's Robert MacIntyre on day one as they faced 2022 Irish Open winner Adrian Meronk and Austrian Sepp Straka.
UPDATE: Power & MacIntyre won the tie 4&3 against Meronk & Straka.
