Gardaí investigating serious unprovoked attack in Waterford
The incident took place on May 29
Gardaí in Waterford are investigating following a serious unprovoked attack that took place in the city on Thursday, May 29.
At approximately 9.50am on that morning, a male was walking home on the Ballytruckle Road in the city when he was approached by another male and after a brief interaction the suspect punched the male with a closed fist into the face.
CCTV from the area is being sought and the matter is still under investigation.
