Waterford's Dan Shanahan no longer part of Laois hurlers' backroom team

Laois GAA have confirmed who will work alongside Willie Maher and the hurlers for the 2024 season with only one survivor from this year's coaching setup.

Waterford's Dan Shanahan is no longer part of the backroom team while Ballinakill's Eamon Jackman returns in his role as a coach/selector where he'll be joined by Michael Connolly.

Brian Horgan joins the management panel as the head coach with the Tipperary man having been a selector on the Premier County team that won the Minor All-Ireland Hurling Championship in 2012.
